About Me.
I'm Laura, your award-winning dyslexia assessor and coach. With a background as an experienced teacher, I live in Kent with my family, fueled by coffee and inspired by walks in nature. I'm here to support and guide you on your journey.
I have dedicated the last 25 years to helping people. This is driven by a passion that began in the classroom, grew through my educational leadership roles, and is now focused on providing comprehensive support and guidance to empower neurodivergent individuals on their educational and employment journeys. At my core, I am a lifelong lover of learning and I want to inspire that same love in others.
This passion drives me to continually develop and hone my skills, ensuring that I can help you understand your unique self and thrive with confidence.

Following the success of This is Dyslexia, a new business was formed to focus on supporting adults with all forms of neurodivergence.
AUGUST 2022 - CURRENT
This is Dyslexia
Founder of a dyslexia assessment and support services working with adults and children to determine if they have dyslexia.

Educational Experience
Experience in a range of roles within educational settings. During this time, I honed my craft and learned strategies to apply to support neurodivergent learners. Being part of a senior leadership team gave me experience of effective change management and supporting staff within the organisation.
