I’m Laura, an award-winning neurodiversity consultant specialising in ADHD, Dyslexia, and neuro-inclusive business strategy. With a 25-year career in education and leadership, I’ve dedicated my life to helping individuals and businesses embrace neurodiversity with confidence and clarity.

My journey began in the classroom, evolved through senior leadership roles, and now focuses on empowering entrepreneurs, businesses, and organisations to create neuro-inclusive messaging, systems, and workplaces.
